  <description>Membership Coordinator, Andy Mullins has put together a list of dates for beginner rides for 2010. These rides are designed to help beginning riders develop riding skills and prepare them for riding more advanced single track trails.

If you&#039;re a beginning rider and want to know more, email membership@ntmba.org, post up on the forum.

Below is the list of dates. Mark your calendar!

April 10
Creeper Trail, Damascus, VA
Will meet at the caboose in Damascus, VA on Beaver Dam Rd.

May 15
Bays Mountain Park, Kingsport, TN
This ride coincides with the NTMBA&#039;s Bike at Bays Day.

June 12 
Sugar Hollow Park, Bristol, VA

July 24
Bays Mountain Park, Kingsport, TN

Aug 14
Warrior&#039;s Path State Park, Kingsport, TN

Sept 25
Road trip. Location to be determined by attendees.

  <description>There are many ways to support NTMBA. Consider donating time to trailbuilding, helping with event planning, helping with beginner ride clinics or just donating some money to help fund trail advocacy. NTMBA focuses to help create more resources for mountain biking, through community volunteerism, advocacy, education, land stewardship and trailbuilding.

NTMBA is a not-for-profit corporation and donations are generally tax-deductible.</description>
